When considering to enroll your student at the Shepherd’s Flock ELC, we want you to have the chance to get to know us. We schedule group parent tours so you can see the classrooms, gym, playground and sanctuary, and meet some of our wonderful teachers. Parent tours begin in February for the school year that starts in September. Tours run about one hour long and are for parents only. Parents receive all enrollment paperwork at this time.
If there are openings in the program after March, we will schedule individual tours to make sure all parents have the opportunity to visit the ELC before enrolling their child.
After the tour, parents will have one week to decide if they want to enroll. During that week period, parents are welcome to drop in (unannounced) and observe classes that are in session. Parents need to sign in at the office and wear a visitor badge. If a parent decides to enroll their child, the enrollment paperwork needs to be filled out and returned along with the registration fee within one week’s time, which will finalize the child’s enrollment.
